What we sell

All of our items are vintage and/or previously worn or owned. All of our items are carefully inspected before listed, and we seldom sell anything in less than excellent condition. However, exceptions are made for the very old and/or the very rare, and any condition issues are noted in each listing. Given the nature of our products, some natural wear due to age should be expected. We disclose any and all significant flaws and wear we notice.

Vintage, antique and/or previously worn clothes can have a variation in size. Some items may be clipped to the model to show proper fit so please refer to our measurements.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority. We sell what we love, and hope that you buy something you will 100% love. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we do accept returns. Please follow these instructions:

Please contact us within 48 hours of package receipt. Email shop@mercyvintage.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line to request a return.

An email will be sent back to you with a return authorization code and instructions.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags still attached.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return authorization code. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide tracking. Please pack the item carefully.

We will credit your account the full purchase amount within 24 hours of receiving the return.

All Sale items are final sale.

Payments

We accept the following credit cards securely through our site, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also currently offer Google Checkout as an option for your convenience.

Because we are based and have a physical location in California, we are required to collect the local sales tax of 9% on all transactions from CA residents.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We ship worldwide and offer free domestic shipping. We ship using USPS Priority, UPS and Fed Ex. Expedited shipping and insurance is available and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us immediately after purchasing your order with your requests. The buyer will be responsible for any additional fees.

We are not responsible for any uninsured lost or damaged items.

Note on International Shipments

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs including applicable custom fees, taxes and duties. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.   It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.  Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
