Shipping & Returns
Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT if postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery and in the condition it was sent. Items must be unwashed and unworn. Return shipping is at the cost of the client.
Items excluded from returns include items on sale, swimwear, and intimates.These items are final sale.
Please email us at email@example.com with “RETURN” in the subject line to let us know an item will be returned. Returns can be made to 4155 Piedmont Ave Oakland, CA 94611. All returns made after the 7 day period will be denied. All returns will be for store credit only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Mercy Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping times may be affected by changes at USPS.
We ship USPS. Mercy Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are fully insured for the value of shipped items. Please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for information on filing a claim with USPS if your package is lost or damaged.
Mercy Vintage ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS and rates depend on the weight and size of the order. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mercy Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur.
