Returns


All new merchandise (candles, perfumes, new socks etc.), marked down/sale items, swimwear and intimates are Final Sale and will not be accepted for return.

All other items may be returned for STORE CREDIT minus a 10% restocking fee if postmarked for return within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase and in the condition purchased. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached. Return shipping is at the cost of the client

For mailed returns, please email us at admin@mercyvintage.com with “RETURN” in the subject line to let us know an item will be returned. Returns can be made to 5505 College Ave Oakland, CA 94618. All returns made after the 7 day period will be denied. All returns will be for store credit only.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (this excludes weekends and holidays). Mercy Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping times may be affected by changes at USPS. 

We ship via USPS. Mercy Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipments are fully insured for the value of shipped items. Please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm for information on filing a claim with USPS if your package is lost or damaged.

Mercy Vintage ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS and rates depend on the weight and size of the order. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Mercy Vintage is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur.
